Couple of years ago we hired David Heim to represent us against a business we had disputes at that time. He started us with a "small retainer" and then tried to go up the latter in order to obtain more money... And he only tried to get money from us when the time was already spent and we had no going back... He failed our case, because he couldn' get thousands and thousands from us, (As he most likely initially planned, but never told us in order to obtain a client...) And today I receive an email where he TRIES to THREATEN us for he's own misconducts.... And this is a year or two later.... Judge for yourself if you want to deal with such an unprofessional, who will try and go against you at the end when the case is reverted and lost because he was negligent.....
