Reached out and informed the receptionist that my grandmother's condition was declining and we needed to get a will put together and signed quickly. I was told that we would receive a call back within a few hours. No word for several days. She passes away and I reach out afterward to see about getting a recorded video of her stated wishes printed and figured out. I'm told the attorney would reach out soon. 5 minutes later I get a call from the attorney talking about a trial and litigation and pressing charges over the house my grandmother wanted to sign over to me. He told me the video is inadmissible and irrelevant and I would have to sue my mother

Would Not recommend! Beware!! These “attorneys” promise to resolve family real estate disputes. In our case, these EVIL “attorneys” Simeone and Raynor, Permanently Fragmented our family by driving a wedge over a meager amount of money. Then they divided the family into sides regardless of truth. Urging three family members to dispute the only Last Will and Testament at the time. And their own Mothers’ and Brothers Wishes! Then these Evil lawyers Made their clients Sue the Sole Heir to Any Real Estate or Monies at the time. One side was forced out of the family home of 80+ years! So in the end, 68 family members have sworn off the three clients who were advised to contest the Will by these bold faced lying “attorney’s”. This firm’s clients are banned from any family events and there is a no contact order in place. No one wants to ever hear their voices ever again. This is the saddest part of all. Because we all deeply loved our past loved ones. But once a lawyer with no spine, morals or decency sees dollar signs all bets are off! It’s been six years now and the Only winner’s in what began as a small family dispute are These Evil, Weasely, small men, Simeone and Raynor. Karma is real though and it will pay these folks a visit.
