Let me begin by thanking all the staff members from the Botelho Law Group. I know I could start mentioning names but so many to remember and that’s why I say that I am addressing to all the staff members including the firm itself. The firm says they Care for their clients and they do not say so for anything, THEY REALLY DO. My experience was outstanding. I could not say much, too many to tell and to describe how much the meaning of Care and the hard work they do. Thanks to technology and how flexible it can be for all clients and including the use of the portal. That is how we deliver all communications in hands. I can say my case lasted only 6 months to be exact except for my discrepancy which was a failure to provide one legal document but truthfully it would have been 4 months. The confidence and reassurance to get you comfortable for their service is implacable. Thank you again for such an amazing journey and I would gladly recommend all to use the Botelho Law Group for anything.

Attorney Botelho represented my husband. Mr. Botelho and his paralegals did a fantastic job. His team is the absolute best. I retained them in July of 2021. It was a simple custody request for jurisdiction from out of state to MA and a request for modification. I got bounced around from attorney to attorney and EACH time I had to start over and explain, and I got charged. When one attorney stuck around long enough I called ALLLLL the time asking for an update. At least every 2-3 months. Even had a meeting with the Office manager to express my concerns at the lack of progress. 2 years and 9 months later I had to retain an entirely new attorney who finds out quickly by running a 2 second search, during our consultation mind you, that in March of 2023 my case was accepted in MA and all they had to do was file the modification. I learned more in a consultation than i did from my actual attorney. He even wondered why they didn't just file the request for modification. So for a year, every time I called for an update and was charged they kept telling me there was still no update. I even sent my attorney 2 emails on 3/10/2024 and as of today, 4/15/2024 haven't received a response!! Not that I need one anymore. Everything was a lie. I knew something was off but felt stuck as I was financially invested in this. They drained my entire retainer. And to add i needed this to be a long term situation so my order would be enforced, i wasn't looking for a quick fix. They lost out on a long term client. I was patient, kind and even understanding. So im out this retainer and had to put another $5k in another attorney. It's been the worst experience and has kept me in a terrible position with a high conflict parent that was completely unnecessary and avoidable. Sadly, I don't recommend them.

I have used Botelho law group on more than one occasion to handle different legal matters for me. They did an outstanding job every time. I found them to be professional, courteous and above all knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
