They are patient, explain everything in both plain language and legalese. I have used their office for real estate closings, wills, and a few other legal documents. Have refered them to all my friends. Theresa is always helpful.
Won't answer the phone. You have to leave a message. Very slow. Don't recommend
AWFUL! Beyond slow working on an estate. Constantly “working on paper work, will have it next week” same song and dance for over 2 months. When asked for a status their phones magically had issues and recently “I’ll put it in my stack of things to check on today” really?!?! Will never use them for ANYTHING and will NEVER recommend them
Our experience with Theresa was very unprofessional and rude. She continuously talked over us and down to us. We hung up and she called back speaking condescendingly and still not allowing us to talk. We will never use this firm. If you choose to, good luck!
The absolute best Firm you could ask for! I have been doing business with these fine fold for years from living wills to real estate transactions. They are honest and trustworthy, nice and fair!
