They charge you for initial phone conversation without telling you, then they invite you to come by, then they tell you at the end of the meeting that they're charging you $325 per hour. So, I get an invoice in the mail outlining a phone conversation bill and a meeting conversation bill for a whopping $1100+ bill. Go Figure.

They do not inform you that you're being charged for a phone conversation, and their rates are exorbitantly high and unjustified.
