Brad H. Frakes, Attorney

Brad is my attorney and is one of the best in the game! He is firm and knows exactly what he is doing. He has several years of experience to back it up. I would recommend him to anyone I know!

This has been the best attorney i have searched thus far. He is patient, honest, dependable and very helpful even where he cant help he offers his best advice.nnThis is my fiancxe9e case not mine. I was at every meeting, every court date, every phone conversation, email etc because I was the one to find & take my fiancxe9e in to hire this attorney as well as share payment.nnOnce we left his office things changed dramatically. He failed to handle the child support case in a timely matter. What he said would take 6months took over a year because he did not submit anything to the courts at the time of hire as he said he would. He gave his word that he spoke to Child supports attorney & child support would not intercept taxes & they would hold them until trial & at which time they would be released. Since it took him over a year to schedule trial taxes were intercepted & we lost $7000 & he had nothing to say. Over this year plus time frame we were asked to continuously pay for past the amount discussed at time of hire. Its sad because I was the 1st to leave a review & give 5 stars.

Very professional, very diligent about looking out for our best interest, very, very competent. Would highly recommend him.
