Brad is a nice guy with reasonable rates. That being said, he’s perpetually disorganized and unprepared. He didn’t show up for one my hearings. He didn’t prepare for another. When I switched counsel, he couldn’t even produce a file. I gave attorney Collins an opportunity to make it right, but he refused to accept responsibility.

I'm from the opposing side one one of Brad's cases. So far his filing against us have been sloppy, Upon courts rejecting his filing, I had to ask him to not contact me privately, outside of court procedure, after he attempted to email me the paperwork he claims to be serving me with(Which was in turn actually different than the paperwork then was rejected by the courts 24 hours prior) Isn't there some sort of rules against A lawyer contacting the opposing party privately in direct disregard for consent? Pass on this guy folks, He's giftwrapped the case for the wrong side, by not only being sloppy, ill prepared and unprofessional, but because he also twice revealed his trump cards (evidence, different in each filing) and still may not get the evidence to our doorstep in time to be entered into the hearing. Find someone else if you want your representation to help you win!
