Do NOT recommend. Started seeing Tarrah Davis there last year, who is great. Got sick the beginning of December with the flu and scheduled an appointment. Had to see Dr Daniel because Tarrah had no openings that day. From the second she walked in the room she was arrogant and snotty. Tested positive for type A flu and she excused me from work but would not sign my papers that my employer required. Long story short, I received 3 attendance points and no pay for those days. Several attempts were made by myself and my employer to get the information from her office and she adamantly refuses. Have sought legal action for the simple purpose of her not bullying someone else.

This is the most unprofessional rudest judgemental argumentative belittling office i have ever encountered and i have been in the medical field for over 35 yrs. They refuse to take care of people with disabilities and are racist. They discharged my son saying he was faking his disabilities and lying and according to their unprofessional biases my son was throwing up red flags. How is that because we did exactly what we were told. These people talk to you like you are low class trash off the bottom of a sewer. How can they take your money then insult you, falsely accuse you, judge you without evening knowing what they are talking about. They argue with you, threatening you. When did it become allowed that medical staff can demean belittle people? This is absolutely by far the worst office I've ever ever encountered!!!!

D.O.T. physicals need to be done in timely matter or you risk having your CDl canceled. That said, I scheduled an appointment on July 12th for D.O.T. physical. They call me on the 11th and reschedule me for July 19th. So I have my physical done. All good. Right? Wrong! I submit my Med Certificate to the state and it's rejected a few days later because Dr. Daniels failed to fill Med Certificate out correctly or completely. No big deal I thought. I'll just go to the office and have it fixed. I go to the office and tell them I need it fixed quickly before my old Certificate expires and they said they couldn't fix it till July 26th. I explained I had to have it before then and they did not care. So I asked for a refund because I'd have to go get another one somewhere else and they refused my refund. So needless to say it was a waste of $150. I went to Hixson and got a D.O.T. physical without any issues and for only $99. And the state accepted it without issue. Dr Daniel's needs to do what's right and issue an apology for inconvenience and a full refund. And I understand we all make mistakes. No biggie. But let's do what's right and own up to it. I look forward to hearing from them soon.

Tara will argue with you and call you a liar about everything from medication refills to procedures you have done by specialists. She thinks that just because HER records don't show you had a procedure done by a SPECIALIST elsewhere then you're blatantly lying about even having it done. And she'll berate you about medication refills, claiming you just had them refilled two months ago and you just want pills when she doesn't have the sense to look and see that the refill was in 2022, NOT THIS YEAR. It wasn't even a pain medication, it was an emergency inhaler! STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Her staff is nice n her nurse practitioners are waunderfull I recomend her.. to anyone.
