Does not seem to understand the concept of GIGO. Insists the computer "computes" the information given and tabulates it. Even though the corresponding Documented, information shows payment, taxes and HOA fees paid they disregard All submitted information Recharging the customer and causing overpayments... It is a long task to find out who to call and track down monies that are to be refunded and as I know sometimes is Not returned.

When i bought my house this is who i used for the land and title, very professional and thorough. Definitely recommend them for all your needs.
