Horrible Title Company. Outdated processes. Very Mickey Mouse organization.. Poor communications. Poor internal processes. Many mistakes along the way. They make it difficult to receive funds if you are closing remotely unlike larger Title Companies. 100% do not recommend in NH or MA. All I got was excuses and more excuses.

Very unprofessional and no attention to detail. We used them to close on our first home and I was very disappointed with the way they handled business. There was an extreme lack of attention to detail and many things were missed in our closing documents. They ended up reaching out to us over a month after closing asking us to pay a fee that was not on the closing documents. Turns they chose to omit this fee without our knowledge to prevent the delay of closing. Would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. Do not use Peter Gizzi and Cherry Tree to close on your home.

We utilized Cherry Tree Title as our Closing Attorney and could not have been happier. They were very accommodating and welcomed all of our questions. A Great Experience!!!
