We had a crew at our house in December 2022 for interior painting and were thrilled to have them back for the exterior painting. They finished the job today and the house looks amazing. The work these guys did was beautiful. There was so much house surface and trim to paint, pillars needed repaired and painted, lots of step kick plates, sanding of decks, staining and painting the front door. All, done to perfection. Yes, their work is as close to perfection as you can get. This crew was so professional, so nice, just a great team.

Dan Brady Painting just finished painting the entire exterior of our home and we couldn’t be more pleased. Every step of the process has been great. Every person we have interacted with has been helpful and professional. A major shout out to the entire crew that worked on our project! Everyone showed up on time and worked hard every day. Our project wasn’t easy- a lot of very steep elevations and three different paint colors. We are completely impressed with your company Dan, and look forward to recommending you to many more people. I am writing an evaluation on our painting crew of Alex, Austin 1, Austin 2 and Kevin. This team worked together like a well-oiled machine. They appear to love what they are doing, and truly get along with each other. I would even go as far as to say that they actually like each other. These guys are kind, courteous, friendly, professional and all-around great guys. Their attitudes and work ethics are insane. Yesterday I tried to get them to sit down just for a little while and eat cookies and watch Hallmark TV with me. I know it was very tempting and they really wanted to, but they politely declined the offer stating, “they should probably keep working.” They were at our house every morning promptly. FYI, these guys start early! I’m giving the group 5000 bonus points for being cheerful and ready to go. Alex even took the time on the first day to answer my stupid question on why painters wear white clothes. I’m giving him an extra 500 bonus points for not rolling his eyes when I asked the question. Their quality and efficiency of work exceeded our expectations. The prep work, the care given to our furniture and the areas not being painted such as the kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, tops of window sills etc. everything was beautifully covered in plastic wrap. Not a drip of paint anywhere. The painting job is seamless. Our walls, ceiling and trim looks like it was sprayed on. They repaired cracks, larger holes from an alarm system that was removed, nail pops etc. All signs of imperfection disappeared. There were some add on jobs such as touching up the hall locker bench, the alarm system holes, the front of the bathtub and probably a few more things, and when asked, the guys always said, “well do whatever you want, no problem.” That was amazing!!! Alex gave us a tour upon completion. He did an excellent job. There is nothing that needs improved upon. Actually, the exterior of our house is on your schedule for the spring. We would be thrilled to have Team Alex work on it. SIDE NOTE: I would like to give a shout out to Tony. He did a phenomenal job estimating the job. He took his time looking over the place. Very nice, personable, professional and very fun to talk to. I’d like to give a shout out to Tracy for picking up the phone when we called. That was amazing. Normally you don’t get to talk to a person. She was so helpful walking us though how the billing works, getting paint sample sent to us, setting us up with an interior designer and posting the pictures of the guys at work. You have an excellent multi-tasker working there. My last shout out is to Nancy Van Praag- She is an interior designer who spent time with us on colors, deciding on elements that we would want to stand out and other that we'd like to visually eliminate . It was so nice meeting her. She was a wealth of information and a lot of help and a very fun person. Thank you for sending her our way.

Dan Brady was recommended to us by our designer and we were extremely happy with the results. Dan Brady Painting came in and pulled all of the cupboard doors and drawers to be finished at their facility. Once the floors, counters, and trim were complete by another contractor, Dan Brady came in and painted the walls, ceiling, window casings, doors, cabinet frames, and trim. The cabinets looked new and refreshed for far less then the cost of new cabinets. Our 80's oak had been replaced with an up to date look. We were asked to check things out for a week or so and make a list of any touch ups we wanted addressed. The project manager came back to make sure our check list was complete. Dan also stopped by to check the project and talk with us about our experience. We told him we were very happy with his project manager and the crew. They did a great job working around a family of 4 still living in the house during the remodel. Dan added a couple items to the touch up list that we never noticed. Dan Brady Painting did an excellent job and provided great customer service.

Dan Brady Painting did an interior painting job at our home. We were very pleased. His crew was very courteous and professional. The whole process was above our expectations. We highly recommend them.
