As an out of state customer I used him for my minor son at the time that was visiting . He promised that he would be able to help represent and also lower the driving charges. He had no problem taking the money, claim that some charges were changed and some were dropped. Fast forward over a yr my son's license were suspended in his home state, car impounded, had to go to court in another state for this and all original charges are on the driving record in his home state causing and additional 1000 a yr added on insurance all because of attorney Brennan not completely do his job as promised. You call into the office and go over and over the same thing with his administration/secretary that only seems to only have little recollection of our multiple conversations. Brennan has stated on at least three separate occasions I'm going down to the court house and will call back because he took care of his case but never does. So for out of state matters I DON'T RECOMMEND A SOUL. Needless to say my son has now had to fly in to do the leg work that he never did. Next complaint will be with the BBD. #standbehindyourword

I guess public defenders are limited. The DA definitely proved her power and Attorney Walker proved to be and order taker versus a legal advisor/councilor in my little brothers case. Cabarrus county even have the most experienced lawyers scared to enter trial. Sad they system is broken. Does the justice work anywhere?
