Outstanding law firm! My first contact was with Ramona, the receptionist, who was friendly, professional,and efficient. She accommodated my schedule, made sure I had the necessary contact information, and gave me ideas so I could be prepared for our meeting. Jeff was able to write a letter within a very brief time that totally explained the issues, requested compensation for the breach of contract, and supported it with receipts. The letter was very positive and encouraged cooperation so the matter could be resolved for all parties. We received a check for the amount requested and were able to resolve our issue with a minimum of time and effort. I would highly recommend the Brei Law Offices! Lynn Crosby

We tried to solve a construction issue directly with the related parties, but never got to any resolution even after about 2 years! After contacting The Brei Law Firm, Susan Brei explained to us the options of resolving the issue in a timely manner, engaged with the involved parties, and provided the guidance we needed. Based on their reviews on Google, thee is no doubt that this is a well qualified law firm serving the Tucson area. Sadly I could not find out for myself. When I called about a real estate matter on Thursday, I found their receptionist to be rude and unprofessional. Not something I expect their first contact with a potential customer to be. You may have a better experience than I did. UPDATE After leaving a 1 star review, I was very happy to receive a follow up call from Jeffrey Brei to apologize and get additional details about my experience. As a business owner myself, I know reviews are important and I also work hard to train my team, inspire them to deliver good customer service and follow up with customers that are less than satisfied. No one is perfect. On the other hand, I do object that Jeffrey wanted more specific details and came across as more doubtful than apologetic. I provided the additional details he requested and hope they can use it to improve their future operations. Speaking with other area attorneys, i was told that the Brei Law firm is a good firm that delivers good services to their clients. I regret we could not do business together.
