This IS A SERIOUS SITUATION! Of which communications of major departments such as Child protective services, county record keeping and data bases connected to employment history, driving records, even medical records. Due to this law firms unauthorised access via opensource network. Documents of interest have been scavenged or accessed through "back door" in to opperating systems and several departments have lost functionality! A major COMMUNICATION ISSUE in California between current Law Enforcement and response between CPS ! Tons of info lost in transit between Vital and emergency response in invistigations and ability to conduct approprate procedure for CHILD ABUSE.
