Bremseth Law Firm, PC

Not sure who in their right mind could ever say anything bad about Mr. Bremseth. Fred is one of the most kind, hard working lawyers I could have asked for. You will not find better. I recommend Bremseth Law Firm to anyone dealing with a FELA issue.
Fred Bremseth took my case because he saw an easy “money grab”. When it was determined that my case was not a strict liability case, the communication between Fred Bremseth and his paralegals was very contradictory. Through the coarse of a couple years I was blind-sided by tons of unknown costs that were never communicated to me, nor approved. Most of this guy’s expert witnesses were objected to by the defense. They are all in on the money grab. They didn’t pay a few of the costs that I was aware of and I actually ended up at collections. He has motivated paralegals but unfortunately his commitment to my case was phony. Now I’m broke, disabled, and unemployed. Please stay away! This guy has made a fortune off of the misfortune of others. I could probably name a bunch of other things that I don’t want anybody to endure. Just do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.
I hired out with BN in 1972. In 1985, I was injured in a locomotive crane collision. The operator of the crane denied that it happened, as to not get fired and the railroad believed him and denied any FELA claim I may have had. I hired Fred Bremseth out of Minneapolis to handle my out of service injury claim. He sent his FELA investigator to Montana, from South Dakota, to verify my versions of the events. The investigator spoke with a railroad section crew that was working in the vicinity the day of the collision. One of them saw the collision and the other 4 heard it. Had is not been for Fred Bremseth and his investigator, I would have been destitute, partially disabled, and on the streets. During my rehabilitation, I obtained my State of Montana Private Investigator's License. When Fred settled my case in 1987, for a nice amount, I went to work for him as one of his FELA investigators, a position I have held for over 32 years. Fred is one of the top FELA trial lawyers in the nation, a great boss, and a good friend. Ric Hanson, Columbus, MT
