If you want a solid, aggressive attorney who is truly vested in your interest, Brett Duncan is NOT your guy. The custody arrangement he drew up for our family was vague and thrown together. He's a nice guy, and that's about it.

Do your research before retaining. •There site makes it so you can’t access anything after the legal matters are done •in my case the lawyer didn’t represent me when we went to mediation. With other lawyers they speak for you Bret k Duncan didn’t do that in my case. Very uniformed. During entire process. •ended up settling outside of court with the mother so I was lucky. In my opinion he didn’t act professionally at all in my opinion it was very sexiest and I was very uneducated on the terms of what I could of done. Considering Iv had to go back to court and now have a new lawyer I would highly recommend looking around before letting this man take on your case. •didn’t notify me he was in court. Almost was late for my hearing do to having to track him down and fined him. Very frustrating when you’re nervous’ And you’re about to be in-front of a judge. •THIS IS NOT NORMAL PRACTICE. Other law firms will stay by your side 100% of the way and make sure you are calm and collected when entering as well as being fully informed of all options and they will be waiting for you if not greeting you at the door of the court house regardless if they have 20 clients that day. “That’s apart of there job” • very unprofessional. Still fighting to fix what he messed up 4 years ago. Be cautious people.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! He is VERY unethical and will demand you keep replenishing your retainer before he quits on you. Will not call you to discuss your case because he does not know the law. He withdrew from my case the day before my hearing after stealing another $4,000 from me. He is very confused in hearings and cowers to opposing counsel. Brett made very costly errors on my case that he did not own up to and kept the money that he cost me. He will not file a motion in your favor because he keeps all of your money that is meant for court costs. Brett Duncan is a licensed criminal. Do not use him!
