During my first conversation with Mr. Brian Clark I immediately thought that he was very unprofessional, inconsiderate, unethical, he's a real fast talker. He told me he would be visiting my loved one to no avail. Instead he sent some random atty to visit him and to inform my loved one that he would not be representing him any longer. Mr. Clark didn't even have the decency to tell my love one face to face that he didn't want to represent him after 2+ years. This atty has been paid thousands of dollars to have my loved ones best interest at heart. We've been asking for an itemized summary of the account for years to no avail. Not only has he disappointed us but our loved one too. I wouldn't recommend Mr. Clark to my worst enemy. Get you an atty that cares and shows empathy to the family and the client, get you an atty who will answer your questions & concerns w/o being condescending and getting irritated.

Brian and Trey are not only perfectly competent, they were incredibly attentive regarding the personal difficulties I endured with my very first courtroom experience. I am not an expert, but I am convinced these two are outstanding attorneys, both possessing exceptional practical and surprisingly different and complementary skills. If you can believe it, they were so good at preparing me that I actually found my federal trial to be enjoyable - of course, it didn't hurt that I was found "not guilty" on all counts. Honest, trustworthy, and utterly fair with the price they charged. I feel very fortunate I hired them and recommend them without reservation.

Brian D. Clark is the best criminal defense attorney in the area. He knows system like the back of his hand and also knows a lot of the prosecutors on a first name basis. No matter what you were charged with, he will fight for you all the way. The previous review seems bogus to me, as Mr. Clark gave me his personal cell phone number when we hired him. If you can't reach him, it's because he is in court fighting for his other clients. He always c calls me back when he gets a chance.f8fighting

Brian D. Clark, P.C. did a great job of successfully handling a red light ticket for me! I live in North Carolina, and even though I received this ticket in Huntsville, I was able to remain in North Carolina without having to travel back to Huntsville and incur all the expenses that would have accompanied that trip. I definitely recommend Brian!
