Bridges-Farmer, LLC Attorneys at Law

During my time in being serviced by Bridges Farmer, I often thought that it would probably be easier to get a response from the president than from my attorney. They lure you in with promises of quick response and turnaround for what should be easy cases, but after you pay your deposit, they seemingly ghost you. Trying to obtain legal services while processing grief is difficult, and you’d expect the attorney representing you to make the legal troubles following easier, but they couldn’t prove this as false any faster. I’d suggest you take your money elsewhere.

Worst experience ever for my family! We never felt they were really interested in our case from the beginning and we felt we weren't getting what we paid for so we obtained another attorney which meant we paid two firms for the same issue. We were at war with my brother's estranged spouse who had kept us from seeing him (including his 96 year old mother) after he suffered a stroke. Incompetent counseling and extremely unfair Georgia laws certainly did not help. My brother has since passed away but I will never forget the legal experience. Before he passed we were awarded visitation and phone calls. He passed one week before our first visit which our second legal team had won for us. During the several months of working with Bridges Farmer, we never met face to face!!

I’ve never in my life experience something like this. Working with the law office was worst than the car accident itsself. I’ve been a client with this law firm since last summer. I have not heard anything from the law office since last fall. They have not done there job to keep me up to date on my case. I’ve been calling and emailing for months. Ms Bridges (who’s not handling my case) is very passive aggressive. Was rude as soon as SHE CALLED me! I don’t know why the office is upset if I haven’t received my money yet. I’m just hurt, lost, disappointed, and feel let down. My main lawyer is out the office for months so how am I suppose to retrieve my settlement or get this matter resolved. I just don’t think you should call a client that’s not yours and start the conversation as “you are rude and disrespectful”. I called again after I missed her called and she had a monotone voice like she didn’t want to speak to a client of the office. I just feel like an abandoned client. After multiple phone calls back n forth I realized I’m never gonna get my money, and it’s sad. Today 4/13/2022 just shocked me.

From the beginning I had wonderful experience. I feel like Mr. Farmer truly believed in my case and he helped me to feel confident that the legal matter would be settled exactly the way it should be settled. All in all wonderful experience, although in the ending felt like something changed and I was given conflicting reasons as to why I would like to continue my case without representation by Mr. Farmer and Mrs. Bridges. Almost felt abandoned and I ended up not being able to file documents needed to file and too late to hire another atty to go forward with me. Although we did accomplish a great deal and He was able to take my case and I was able to make payments aside could send when the case settled. My case was a probate matter. I do recommend, for clients willing to stand their ground and the funds to see the case through.

Ms. Bridges was compassionate, empathetic, reassuring, informative. After my experience with 5 off-putting, mercenary attorneys, a strong, caring black woman was like an oasis in the desert. Thank you.
