THIS IS A SCAM!!! big time! The U.S. government should look into this CURE INSURANCE SCAM! COSTUMER SERVICE It's deplorable Give F! for the COSTUMER SERVICE response! To talk to an agent, you get put on hold to wait 30,40.55 minutes to one Hour plus! this CURE INSURANCE strategy is done intentionally! to make the customer give up and quit waiting to talk to a physical agent! Waiting time should not be more than 10 minutes at the most! last time I waited 50 minutes, and no agent answered my call I ended up giving up talking to an agent! in April I renewed my insurance and paid in full for 2 cars! in May i have removed one car and add another car! the policy it was paid until September 2024! CURE sent me a note that I have to pay by this date another $ 600 if not they will cancel the policy! I'm very disappointed with the Corporate COSTUMER SERVICE! The CEO is responsible for this problem with the performance of the COSTUMER SERVICE! look forward to seeing improvement towards better improved COSTUMER SERVICE!
If I could give a negative I would, I paid ahead of time and they lost my money??? I paid through their own app?! But they keep telling me that I am still responsible for giving them more money and the lady on the phone just wanted to talk over me and said well, I don't see this missing money so ,yeah, pay. -10 stars
I really thought this was a good company, because of the cheap prices and fast service. But now, there's extra long wait times when calling, and repeated failed attempts to renew my policy, I am quite disappointed. I sent everything I was responsible to send and they still charged me an extra months pay on my policy because of their failed attempt to check their emails. They told me that I had to pay because"I failed to renew"; actually it was them who failed to send the paperwork for signature. And on top of that, they raised their prices this month. I like fast, easy, friendly service, but lately, this has been quite the opposite. I'm shopping for a new insurance company. Make me wonder how eat it hard it is if you ever need to make a claim.
THIS IS A SCAM! I've had this insurance for 2 months. Last Wed I was rear ended by a drunk driver. I wasn't hurt and the car was driveable so I put a claim in online while I was waiting for the cop to give me my report number. I checked my account over the weekend but the claim never showed up and no one contacted me. On Monday, I called them 4 different times throughout the afternoon but couldn't stay on hold long enough to actually get through to a person because I was at work. On hold for at least 20 min all four times. That night I put in another claim online. Still no info available online. Today I spent 42 min on hold just to be transferred to "my" claims adjuster who told me they had called me twice, I hadn't answered so they closed the claim for noninterest. I told her that I work during the day and can't always answer the phone and asked if she had left any voice mails or sent any emails. She said no, just the two calls that I hadn't answered. She then told me she could transfer me to the claims department so I could put in a new claim but at that point I'd been on the phone for over an hour and couldn't stay on any longer. Now it's been a week, my bumper is damn near hanging off the back of my car and since I have to work the next 3 days from 7-6, I won't have time to stay on the phone for hours to start all over. Oh, I did get an email this morning reminding me that my payment is due Friday. They were prompt for that, so I guess it's just when they actually have to pay out money that they are inefficient.
In 18 months I've paid more for insurance than the car is worth, yet my policy keeps getting more expensive? I have full coverage but hardly even drive the vehicle. As bad as that is. Every time you make a payment they charge for a handling fee. Most places do now, but this is the only company I've seen where it will cost you extra money for them to get the money they so desperately want!! Just look at their response. Obviously they have All my information. Yet need me to email yet another address to not get an answer. I've paid more for insurance in 18 months than my car is worth. Explain it here or admit your scamming customers. You can't change that much for something that isn't valued that hi otherwise.
