I did not move forward with him but I did have a free consultation. He seemed nice and knew the situation I was in but didn't seem confident. He said he'd charge me 2500 and even though he didnt seem confident I was ready to make a down payment (because the judge in the court I met him at seemed to like him) but then he said "can you even afford this?". A little insulted I went somewhere else. He then sends me a letter saying he knows his price is steep and he can not discount it anymore. No cost is not the issue. If you were confident I'd be happy to pay, but you should also never judge a book by it's cover...
