I can't speak about the entire firm, but for JEREMY WAGNER, I can say he is an average bowl of luke warm oatmeal, he doesn't think outside the box, he doesn't have courage and would be a very good fit in local government the way it has inefficiently operating for decades. I'm sure he is well educated but he is most certainly not a trail blazer. Without the help of a lawyer, this past October, I changed Lebanon County policy regarding evictions and the CDCs Cares Act, so I could proceed forward as a landlord and obtain the eviction needed regarding a tenant who was not affected by COVID but was falsely hiding behind its protections. This same tenant then filed an appeal to the eviction, fully admitting he has no intention of fighting the eviction, rather he did that just to get through the holidays. I was handing this neatly packaged win with a bow on a silver platter into Mr. Wagner's hands to file the new Complaint in the LC Court of Common Pleas when he fumbled after being asked 'if he was a Patriot who could navigate within the law while challenging the staus quo laws and people who make them'? He cited that he doesn't want to make enemies of others in the legal profession and he would have to speak to his superiors regarding whether or not I was a fit as a client to their firm. A good fit to your firm as a client? Are you kidding me? Thats when I said, "I'll make this an easy decision for you!" And I picked up my papers to walk out. All of a sudden, Mr. Wagner grew a set and said, "I'm going to have to ask you to leave the office." So I replied something like, "You don't get to ask me to leave when I've already chosen to walk out." Later this afternoon I interviewed another lawyer who answered the same question by answering, "Yes, thats how new laws and policies are made!" Jeremy could learn a few things by her answer and not being offended by the challenge. ***Jeremy wanted to charge several hundred dollars for making several phone calls on my behalf but when I questioned the excessive amount, he lowered it to a flat $100, so I'm giving him 2 stars for being negotiable on those fees.
