Brinzensky Law helped us with our first home purchase. Right off the bet from preparing and signing the Sales Agreement Irene did a great job in explaining all that there was to know about the home buying process and what should we expect. Being a novice home buyer such consulting was invaluable for our family. As I reflect, the process went exactly as she explained and there were no surprises (including financially!). Irene diligently followed up in every step of the way and made us feel safe, secure and informed all throughout the process. In numerous occasions she went out of her way to drive the discussions with the bank and the development company to make sure that all of our expectations are fulfilled in timely manner. At closing, Irene has prepared all of the documentation beforehand to the fine details such as markings on where to sign, a separate and dedicated binder prepared for us with all the document copies to take home etc. She organized all 3 parties to be present in her office for closing and made all the necessary preparations beforehand without much of our involvement. BEST LAWYER EVER From our initial phone consultation, my wife and I knew Irene was the attorney we wanted to work with; we had an instant professional rapport and had full confidence that she would handle our transaction professionally. What we didn’t know at the time was how instrumental she would be in helping to smooth out several very difficult and unforeseen issues.
