They encouraged my dad to hold on until they were able to get him a decent settlement. They were friendly as well.
He represented my Husband and him and his firm did a horrible job. I definitely do not recommend!!!! Go somewhere else!!!
STOP. I do not recommend this lawyer and I will begin to explain why. This is based off of my own recent experience with Mr. Brizendine. I can assure you that this is not the law office that you need or want. Here are my reasons why: 1. Upon your 1st initial meeting or over the phone conversation with Mr. Brizendine, He seem's very informative, very focused and motivated to win your case, but you will soon find out shortly that he is not. Rather the complete opposite. 2. After that you will notice how you will not speak with Mr. Brizendine, Rather you will be talking to his paralegal Dina 99% of the time, Who just seems to be trying to rush you off the phone and really doesn't provide any additional information. If you ask certain questions she will say "She will have to ask Mr. Brizendine". 3. I had multiple injuries in my case along with being diagnosed with PTSD. When I sent all the initial paperwork for my injuries I included my PTSD diagnosis. Fast-forward almost a year and to my surprise when I called for the for an update and asked about the PTSD being added to the claim. His Paralegal said "That hadn't been included in the original claim" They said "That must have been overlooked".... 4. Forewarning, Everytime you call and ask for Mr. Brizendine to discuss the progress of the case, The secretary will say " I'm sure if we had any update's Dina would call you". Of course she will say in a very polite yet annoyingly like manner. 5.When I asked if they could just add it, They said, " No, where we have already filed we would have to do a second claim and that could take up to another year to close". So, Simply because they were unprofessional In submitting all the "initial paperwork" that was sent for the entire claim, they just so happened to look over a PTSD DIAGNOSIS???? That was Convenient for the Company and Workers comp I was filing against right???? Little Sketchy.. All In All, This lawyer and this firm seem to be not for your side yet the complete opposite. Funny thing was, My wife and Sister both work for personal injury lawyer's. So all the BS excuses and lies didn't really work for me. Their lawyers have said that my case was worth 10 time's what the Brizendine Law Office got for me...Rather for them I should say.... Little sketchy right? The fact that the jurisdiction landed in Indiana saved my previous employer and their insurance company alot of money..... Coincidence??? I think not.?????????????? RUNNNNNNN AWAYYYYY!!!!!! FIND REAL LAWYER'S WHO ARE REAL PROFESSIONAL'S....
Amazing office! Even if you dont think you need a workers comp lawyer, you should consider them! They will do everything in their power to take care of you!
Stop Looking Now! read this honest review, this is an excellent Law Firm, very informative, very thorough and very knowledgeable. Both Paul and Heather demonstrate great communication skills and ease the mind of what are usually very stressful situations. Look no further, you want them on your team. I will not hesitate to call them if I ever need help again, and shouldn't either.
