About Law Firm
A large portion of our cases involve personal injuries involving semi trucks. These cases fall into two, broad categories.
First, we have had the honor and privilege of representing hundreds of injured truckers in workers' compensation cases, and in cases where these truckers were injured by other truckers in highway and interstate crashes, on the dock by negligent forklift or crane operators, or by shippers and receivers who could care less about the safety of these working men and women who are on their property performing a service for these companies. Freight that has been loaded in a negligent manner and then falling onto unsuspecting truckers is currently a hot source of litigation.
Second, we have had the privilege of representing people and their families against truckers and their companies when they have acted negligently and caused injury to our clients. Frequently, these injuries happen because equipment is not maintained properly, truckers are too tired or distracted, or inadequately trained to do their jobs properly.
