From the get go I was unsure of what law firm to choose because there are so many commercials and advertisements for personal injury and accident attorneys. I decided on B&C for two reasons, I’d witnessed in the past how they handled a family member’s case, & because I always see the commercials. That’s it. Well I’m convinced that I did make the best choice going with B&C considering the circumstances of my situation. John & Jodi(y), were awesome. At times I became impatient because I didn’t understand the process. Nevertheless I was always reassured and put at ease with common sense explanations that made more than enough sense. I’m ashamed to admit that I was unaware that my lawyer(s) had to do as I wished & not as they saw fit. With this said, when decisions needed to be made & I would ask them what to do they would tell me, ( “Mr. T this has to be your call”) but, I was given scenarios from best to worst case & allowed to make decisions as I saw fit. With this guidance and full explanations I’m most certain I got the best service possible. And received for myself the best possible outcome other than taking my case to trail which I certainly did not have the time nor patience to deal with. God forbid I need them again. But there’s no shadow of a doubt that BROWN & CROUPPEN will be my go to. Thank you for everything!
