Everyone I had contact with was very understanding of my frustrations & exhibited great patience with me. They were thorough and had no problem breaking down answers to my questions in a way that I could understand. They were overall very polite.

Morgan & Morgan denied my case stating that I did not have a case so I called Brown & Crouppen and they immediately told me that I had 2 cases! They say they will help you. They say will fight for you. That wasn't true in my case. Intake specialist was kind. The legal assistant who called first thing she asked was did I have cancer. I replied no and that was it. Couldn't take my case. Only thing is they don't keep lingering they tell you right away if they can take your case or not . I hope they work for you more than me.
