This has been the worst settlement claim I have ever experienced. It has been over 8 months since checks went out that bounced and they still have not sent out new checks. Completely ridiculous, this company should be shut down and put out of business. They clearly have no idea what they are doing.

Incompetent company. They claim to be an 'industry leader in providing settlement administration and litigation management services to law firms, corporations, and government agencies' and having 'cutting edge technologies'. They were put in charge of a settlement that Kroll originally screwed up and not only did it take them months, with no communication to the class members, but they too somehow messed up the calculations. And so those who are due a settlement have to wait even longer. They deserve no stars.

This is absolutely ridiculous. The settlement was to go out by the end of April. It is now May and they still delay. They are definitely in cahoots with Devry because this makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I wouldn't trust them with a thing. Thia company is at the bottom of the barrel. Crooked lawyers.

This place is as bad as Krolls, was part of the Devry Settlement and got overdrafted due to Kroll, had to pay the fees to my bank of $542, then they reimbursed me the $542 I had to pay overdraft, in the end they didn't send me any money even though I paid my own fees. Don't do business with these crooks.

I would give zero stars if I could. Endless delays in paying out the devry settlement, every time checks are supposed to be sent out, they come up with some brand new "unforseen" problem, just brutal.
