These people are scams, do not deal with them, they will steal your money.

These people do not answer any questions everything is like talking to a little kid. No one in the office is responsible enough to help me out on my case or see to my concerns. If you are looking for a lawyer I this you can find better. To this day I still don't know what they want from me and have not yet helped me on anything. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst place to do business with, please for your safety and to a true result be aware and go elsewhere.

Very Deceptive practices, the firm overcharges, and over bills for RE closings... Check out their rating on BBB the have a well deserved F, they will not give you their licence #, I am filing the complaint with Florida BAR

If you're buying a home and see that Kahane and Associates, is the title company.. RUN. They do NOT care about you. They will procrastinate at every given moment. They will NOT show up for closing, they are rude, and just down right horrible. My husband and I closed on a house.. No keys. They will not confirm that they received funds two weeks ago. They have hung up on us when we call, they won't answer direct questions and instead skirt around the question, assuming they're in a good mood. I'm done. This is insanity. They can't even make their own closing deadline??? What in the world is with this??? Sickening. Absolutely sickening.

If you are in foreclosure do not call this Law Firm, they work pnly for the banks, they even fabricate fake documents to take your house fast.
