This lawyer is deceptive and exploits the elderly. He has had multiple complaints lodged against him for transgressions of professional conduct including encouraging his clients to assume all their rights and then doing so without the family's knowledge. He later claims that his client (then deceased) wished it that way, without any witnesses except his own assistant who he also uses as a notary. Do NOT use this lawyer.

He took an extremely stressful estate situation and had it done and over with almost immediately. Mr. Favret and his staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommend!
