From the beginning, the staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my situation. Please have patience if your questions are not answered right away, they will respond. Keep in mind they have plenty of cases they are working on, but overall, once they respond to your inquiries, and concerns, you will feel that you are in good hands. With Covid everything is done electronically, but you will receive some correspondence from their offices via USPS. My suggestion is to prepare ahead of time for your consultation and if you decide to have their offices represent you, prepare, prepare, prepare!. It makes it easier for both you and them. Write any question you may have, do not leave anything out for them prior to filing to prevent any issues. They will provide a checklist as well for you. Read carefully the documents they send you. It is very cut and dry but they will get the job done. I highly recommend them because they were recommended by a friend.
