Mr Katz is more than a phenomenal person. I met Mr Katz back in 2017 when I just started custody Battle for my now 6years old daughter. Associating with Mr Katz was nothing but pure encouragement and honesty from him. I have my days when I wanted to just throw in the towel and Mr.Katz would not let me, he would not give up on my case no matter how challenging it became, he fought for me to the very end!! Whatever advice I needed he was there even when it was after his work hours once it was important to me,it was definitely important to him. Years lately I can still call Mr Katz and ask for his assistant and I’m more than positive that he will indeed show up to my rescue. Bruce Katz has represented me since early 2018. My daughter was removed from her mom in NYS and temporarily lived with me in a different state for 18 months. During this period My Katz helped me guide the judicial system and dealt with all the legal aspects of having my daughter reside with me in my state while her mom did what she had to do. Eventually the courts decided the mom did enough to have custody back and Bruce continued to represent me to make sure I had all of my visitation rights and that everything was noted with the courts. During all this time Mr. Katz was always reachable and replied to any and all of my emails and answered all my questions. He also actually cared about me and my situation and did all he could to take pressure and stress off of me during each and every court appearance. I appreciate all your time and effort!

Attorney Bruce Katz is representing someone I know and this attorney is not effective at all. He doesn’t fight for his client and when it’s trial time he adjourns and doesn’t reschedule. He doesn’t communicate with his client and he only reaches out to his client the day of court. How can you be effective with your client if your not trying to win the case. He truly doesn’t care about his client if he is not getting paid directly from them. I thought all attorneys were about winning.
