Horrible to deal with. They were trying to garnish me, I sent them notice that I could not be garnished due to recent and valid legal reasons, they challenged it and asked for evidence, which I sent. The said to call to verify they recieved it and I did. They said OK, I said do I still have to go to court? NO. They went to the hearing anyway, never canceled it and then didn't mention my evidence and were able to garnish me anyway. TOTAL scam artist lawyers. Awful people. Now they've garnished past two paychecks of what I owe, even though I called about that!! Now I am supposed to wait for them to pay ME back!!!

I am an employer. Jim called looking for information about a person that has never been employed by our company. Was a complete a$$hat and copped an attitude when I continuously told him that person had never worked here. Asked for my manager, and told her that I "refused" to give him the information. She told him the same thing I had. I'm on the employer side. I can't even imagine how they treat people who are trying to settle their debts.

Poor communication skills and lack of integrity. Offered payment in full for written letter of satisfaction being sent out within 30 days. They refused. The person I spoke to became livid when I refused to provide my employers information. I was told I could not setup a formal payment plan without it (hint lest we can't garnish your wages without it). Total bs. I want to pay what I owe but I feel like it I pay it online they will not put it on my debt and say I still owe or send me the satisfaction. I don't understand why they're still in business.

They lack basic human decency, much less any kind of empathy or compassion. They sent one letter demanding payment in full for something from 2 years ago I had forgotten about. They treated me terribly. They wouldn’t even consider a payment plan and they filed for a judgment immediately. Once they had the judgment they again refused payment unless it was in full, now including court fees. Next thing I know my employer tells me they are garnishing my wages. So I paid this law firm in full. That was December 3rd. 2 weeks and they haven’t even mailed the satisfaction yet. Horrible way to do business. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Chose a company with integrity and morals. Bruck has none.

This was by first THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. This is my first google review EVER and I made sure to leave a review. Dennis was extremely rude the first time I called to ask question regarding a debt. He then refused to transfer me to any other person to assist with me. I consistently asked for another rep due to him being so rude and he refused. THIS WAS SO BAD I HAD TO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! I would Highly Recommend not to hire them as your collector or even do business at all . By the look of the reviews this company is known for its bad reputation! HORRIBLE
