"Rude & inconsiderate" doesn't even scratch the surface, just the tip of the iceberg. I have a court appointment Monday, tried calling for over a week and nobody is handling my case. Today they decide to Observe EASTER, unbeknownst to anybody as they didn't share THAT tidbit on their voice mail. I'm 100% disappointed. Would not recommend
