Attorney Moulton represents himself well professionally to his clients and in court. Unfortunately, the outcome of my case was handled the best way possible without jeopardizing any more loss. (Mediation) His fee is reasonable for his time. He has a great legal assistant in his firm. I would highly recommend him to be contacted to be your lawyer in Genesee county.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This attorney showed up to court for me after speaking with my mom on the phone and we were in the court room for 20 minutes and he literally didn't have to say a word or prepare any paperwork or anything and he billed me for $700 and claimed he was in court for me for 3.5 hrs. I tried to call and discuss my bill because we didn't even have a signed contract and I never even hired him and the 3.5 hrs on my bill was completely false. I ended up paying him $300 (which he didn't even deserve) just to try to keep things civil and asked if they would accept that amount since the entire bill was fraudulent and overcharged. But, instead of admitting to overcharging me and accepting my attempt to give him something for showing up to court for 20 minutes, he sent me to collections and ruined my credit. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone.
