We obtained Mr Bugaj in 2016 for my sons marijuana charges which they gave him a felony for, charged $5,000 and he did absolutely nothing. He took our money and never showed up to court because he was on vacation in Florida and due to this, we had to retain another lawyer and he never gave the money back. He screamed at me on the phone when I told him that he did absolutely nothing for my son’s case. He’s very unprofessional and shouldn’t even have a license to practice. I am absolutely disgusted by this. He doesn’t work for you he works for himself all he does is collect money and not do his job. This law firm is corrupt and only wants you for your money so good luck to anyone trying to get a lawyer from here! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My husband and I worked with Attorney Fischer on a birth certificate correction for a deceased family member. SHE WAS OUTSTANDING!! Smart, knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend Attorney Fischer

Nice and clean office. Going in with a walker did not know there was a ramp in back had to get help. Was told as leaving there is one. Signs for access outside would be nice

Attorney Bugaj requires a large retainer and doesn’t return the money even when NO services were rendered. Horrible people like this give honest and trustworthy lawyers a bad name. I would definitely look elsewhere when retaining someone that has integrity and morals. 0 Stars!!

Attorney Bugaj accepted a large retainer from my husband the day before he died and refuses to return even a PORTION of the retainer. A retainer is a large sum of money an attorney collects from a client for FUTURE work. He didn’t work for William, but kept the money regardless after 3 attempts to collect it back. If he wanted to pay himself a portion that would be fine, but to keep the entire amount is greedy and flat out WRONG. Shame on you. I’d be careful working with someone who has no morals.
