Shayla Maxey is the best LLLT in Spokane. I really can’t say enough positive things about my experience with her representing me in my divorce. She works hard for you, is quick to respond, and doesn’t nickel and dime you for charges. She really has your best interests in her intentions and does what she can to make them happen. I talked to other lawyers before choosing Shayla, and they all seemed like they were driven by their ego and more interested in “winning” than actually taking care of what I needed. She was the only one that was genuine and sincere in her approach. I had a lot of anxiety going through the process, but her approach, attitude, and trustworthiness kept me calm and grounded. She is extremely knowledgeable, but won’t hesitate to reach out to a subject matter expert if a situation comes up that she has limited experience in. Like I said earlier, she really has your best interests at heart. She’s also very upfront and honest and will let you know if something isn’t a reasonable request. I never once had an issue with her not getting back to me. She was very timely in her responses and I never had to ask for an update on anything she was taking care of. She stays on top of your case and makes you feel like her top priority. In the end, my case concluded in the best outcome I could’ve hoped for. I really can’t recommend her enough. If you’re reading this review, hire her; you won’t regret it.

I was referred to Allen Fischer's office as I was going through a not so nice divorce, property settlement, and child custody case on a domestic partnership. I could not afford a retainer at the time as my accounts were drained and was trying to represent myself. They gave me an awesome attorney that I could afford in the amount of time I was given. They handled my case and continue to when I need more advice or represented. Very professional and knowledgeable about my unique situation. I would highly recommend this office for family law.
