Nearly three years ago, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I did not have any broken bones or serious injuries, but was not at fault. I spoke to three lawyers and two of them said it was not worth it. I spoke to Alfredo Estrada, via the recommendation of my best friend. He actually listened, we spoke on the phone, and I had weekly communications with someone on their team. We would speak for about 30 minutes at a time. This person was very helpful, clear, and realistic, but most important they were empathetic. Though this person took another position, their presence had an effect on me. When Alfredo and I spoke again, he told me that the other party didn’t want to settle, which their team and my insurance agent told em would happen. This was not about the money, but Alfredo took a chance and listened. I am thankful to be in full health and to have someone in law who treated me like a human being. Fate would have it that we crossed paths in September, and I thanked him for his help. This could have been fatal, but thank God He still has plans for me.
