Abigail Spain! THIS is the woman you want! She knows her case law! She is intelligent, knowledgeable, caring, & quick witted! She WILL fight for you, & she is good at that! My review does not do her "Justice". My advice is to book an appointment & meet with her! So you can see for yourself how amazing she is.

Save your money and don't you ever go hire Tom Pappas! This person this so-called attorney is a thief. He will take your case and steal your money, and never do anything for your case. This fat lazy attorney is well known for not answering the phone, not returning phone calls, and leaving you in jail. He doesn't do attorney bonds and he doesn't even care for his clients. He takes your case and ignores you for months and months while you're fighting the case on your own while having a paid attorney. He doesn't give any good attorney advice and he charges you the same fee that any other attorney would charge you which is 15,000 for Felony cases. So if you want to take any advice, don't go to this attorney's office and don't hire Tom Pappas. Sadly I can't give this location zero stars but one star will do. As long as people know what type of joke this attorney is.

...so far -so bad... rogers is an courtappointed attourney to someone currently held on charges in the southtower of dallas county. he told this man on january 11 2023 i ll be back next week and the defendant never saw him again. its the end of february and i am trying to get him to return my phonecall/ e mail and social media messages and am being ignored. feel like contacting the state bar on this attourney. meanwhile i hope not all millenium generation lawyers are this ignorant...am slowly getting more and more frustraded. at this point and no -go and a liar.

Tom Papas looked inexperienced in court. He basically allowed the prosecutor to rule the court. He waited for the last days before trial to get ready for court. He works for plea deals but the plea deals are always on the other sides favor. Seek another Lawyer.
