Burnett & Kastran PC

I use burnett a few years back in my opinion, the quality of service I received was extremely poor. And his attitude came off as very arrogant and cocky. But of course that wasn't the way he came off prior to me hiring him. On my final court date he went on vacation or something,and gave the case over to his partner, and his partner had no idea what was going on with my case put me in a very bad position.

Hands down, Stephen Kastran is the best lawyer out there if you need help in Allegan County. Reasonable fees and just excellent service. As a local business owner in Allegan County, I cannot be more pleased with their help. I have now used Christopher Burnett as well for some work and he is top notch! Unparalleled service.

I recently hired Mr. Jack Burnett to prepare some legal documents for me to present to investors. His professionalism and quick response to my task really impressed me. He was available for any questions I had and responded promptly. I can highly recommend him to anyone who seeks legal services.

I wish there were zero stars. Mr. Kastran makes a great first impression. Once he has his non refundable retainer he becomes arrogant and disrespectful. He wants you to fire him so he doesn't do the work and still gets paid. He is a paper pusher. I did all the work and he just wrote letters and submitted forms to court. I did all the problem solving. We were waiting on a refund from IRS. After 4 months of waiting, I asked if I could write the estate a check for the refund so we could close probate and move on to trust. HE SAID SURE. 4 MONTHS I WAITED. HE COULD HAVE SUGGESTED IT NOT ME! I hired another lawyer for the trust. He asked why nothing was being done on trust. It could have been proceeding simultaneously, but MR. KASTRAN would not address it because he can only focus on one thing at a time. Later learned why.

Stephen Kastran is an excellent attorney who is very active in the Allegan county and surrounding jurisdictions. I could not be more happy with the outcome of my case. Great job Mr. Kastran!
