Hello everyone, I feel the need to share my experience with Burns Law Firm. In 2019, I sought assistance from Mindie Flemins to help me with a situation involving the board and property management. Mindie was initially very effective in handling my case, which led me to return to her in 2022 when I faced a new issue with a different property management company. For the first three months, she was actively involved in communication and legal proceedings, but her responsiveness declined over time. The situation dragged on for over a year, with Mindie failing to return my calls or respond to my emails, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. Despite spending a significant amount of money and time, I felt that I made no progress. I trusted Mindie to gather necessary documents and represent me, but I was left feeling misled and abandoned. The emotional toll of this experience has been immense, leaving me feeling hurt, angry, and embarrassed. Before parting ways with Mindie, I requested all communication and interactions with the property and attorney to aid in transitioning to a new attorney, but my request was ignored. As a paying client, I believe I had the right to understand how I was represented. While I cannot speak for Mindie's colleagues, I can only share my personal experience with her. I share this review in the hope of raising awareness and helping others in similar situations. I urge anyone seeking legal representation to thoroughly research and interview potential attorneys. Unfortunately, I learned this lesson the hard way. I am grateful to have now found a reputable and trustworthy firm that is genuinely responsive to my concerns, even though it means starting over. Thank you Martin!! Sent a client to Martin about the sale of their commercial building and the handling it as the personal reperstative of their dads estate. Reviewed the documents and made suggestions to better protect their interests. Martin is a great attorney, who really knows real estate law.

Find a different Attorney!!! I referred my family to Burns, she has called and left several messages that were never returned. I referred him to help assist her with probate and Estate issues. She wasn't even acknowledged during this hard and painful time in her life. Burns made his reputation from working with Ed McFerrin. It is obvious to me that Burns can't stand on his own.
