Fuller did a solid job representing me in my case, ultimately getting the charges dismissed. His legal skills and persistence were effective, and I appreciate his efforts to resolve the matter. However, I found it frustrating that he didn’t seem to fully grasp just how unreliable and malicious the local authorities can be. The police reports were blatantly false, and the prosecution’s tactics were clearly in bad faith, but he didn’t push back against these issues as much as I hoped. While the outcome resulted in clearing my name, the process was unnecessarily stressful. He got the job done but could benefit from being more critical of bad-faith actions from law enforcement and prosecutors.
