We are a landlord's office and hired Butnick & Levenson LLP for an eviction, dhcr filings, and a harassment case. Working with Butnick & Levenson LLP from the beginning to the end was a hassle. The Attorney on file was Noah who we've been in contact with. Butnick & Levenson LLP lost the harassment case, they did not advise us before the court case nor during the process, we were never advised. As our attorney, they should have advised us about what we should expect. After the harassment case, Butnick & Levenson LLP was asked to file an appeal and continue with the eviction case which they agreed to. They agreed and ask us to pay the balance for the harassment case which we did. After receiving payment from us, we receive a letter from them stating that they no longer represent us without any information on our ongoing cases with them or a heads up. The law firm is very misleading and has terrible ways of detailing with their clients.
