I had a similar experience to the other reviewer. Rob completely neglected a big chunk of my QDRO even after repeated inquiries. After much tenacity on my part, he reconciled, but blamed (and charged!) me. In addition, Rob would regularly get into heated & childish email exchanges with my ex, revealing more than I ever wanted to know about his rampant insecurities.
Recommended to my ex that we use Rob Butterfield to divide our QDRO. Once hired he refused all of my inquiry to the process citing he only represents my ex. This practice is illegal as I am half owner of the QDRO. I still waiting for the distribution 2 years later.
