I called on my file. The legal assistant on my case acted like she couldn’t hear me. She hung up. She didn’t even advise if she could hear me. My wife called and didn’t say anything to the affect. She talked to my wife and was very rude to my wife. She then stated the call was recorded. My wife was not advised of this when she called in. Now you won’t release the call recording. If you are recording then we need the recording because you are required to let the person know the call is recorded so they can decide if they are in their rights for it to be recorded. You’re welcome to refuse but I’ll fire this office and file suit against you for wasting my time and taking advantage after my accident.
