My experience with Eckert Byrne was not at all confusing or upsetting as I feared estate planning might be. Kristin Dzialo explained the process clearly and helped me figure out what made sense for me. She also answered all of my random questions about wills, like whether it is actually possible for someone to leave all their money to their cat or whether it's possible to stipulate that someone has to spend a night in a haunted house before they can get their inheritance. (Not that I was planning on doing either of those things.)
