Called the office for a payment and the person who spoke me was not able to understand what we are asking for instead always telling the payment will be processed by some one else .. Fiona was not even willing to provide a confirmation number for the payment which I have made over the phone . I understand the payment will be processed by the Hartford health care , but if we make a payment it is our responsibility to get a confirmation number for the call …

Called about a Ford loan that doesn’t exist. No loan number no vehicle vin. All loans for our fleet paid up. Must be a scam. I have financed Hundreds of vehicles never have had an unprofessional call and letters such as this place. If it’s not a scam, you need to take a collection course. Or find a new line of work ????????

Got a call from this office looking for my mother. I said “this is her daughter. How can I help you? She just passed away.” Woman says “uh oh sorry”. And swiftly hangs up on me. No explanation for the call. Just abruptly hang up. What kind of way is that to handle a phone call?!

Recieved a call from Fiona demanding a payment same day. After I explained my situation, she just kept quiet and hung up the phone on me. She was very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Very unpleased with the experience with this company.

Contacted them concerning a debt collection. After explaining I paid the debt well in advance, I was told it was pulled back to Hartford Health Care and have a good day, in a snoting tone and hung up on me, Before I could say thank you. WOW!!!
