Just bought a new cell phone at this location and was so impressed with the salesperson Danny. I am not tech-savvy at all and had lots of questions and needed a lot of assistance, and Danny was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the features of the phone and getting it all set up for me to use. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and got immediate assistance. I was not pressured into buying the latest and most expensive phone. All my questions were answered, and I was treated with kindness and respect. I definitely recommend this location!
Great location and staff! Get all your mobile needs met by Johnny! He’s super knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He was able to switch carriers with ease and lower my monthly mobile costs. Best prices and deals in Austin, hands down. I left feeling satisfied, not swindled, during my experience.
I'm shocked and appalled that this location has a high rating. I called to inquire about hours and the man on the phone was incredibly rude. Once I was inside, I dealt with (I assume) the same guy, who was just as rude in person. He did not care about my experience at all, and acted as if my questions regarding an upgrade were a burden to him. This location must have issues because usually I receive magnificent help at other stores. I can't believe that guy has a job in customer service. He lost a big sale!
I walked in a Verizon customer and left an AT&T customer. Brandon, the store manager, took the time and energy to thoroughly explain the plans and phones they had available on Wednesday after I peeked in just out of curiosity. There was no pressure or shady tricks to try to make me switch and he was able to answer the many questions I had. I came back Friday and he remembered everything we discussed and set me up with Ben to finish the transaction. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and attention that I received!
I had been to this location a year ago and had excellent service. I even recommended my friends go to this location due to the wonderful staff and very helpful advice. This past week I needed to get a new phone so of course I wen to this location. Everyone on staff had not been there the year previous which was already concerning. As soon as the rep started to assist me, he only asked leading questions to get to a sale, NOT to understand what I was looking for, my price range, and answer any of my questions. I was chastised for not having a television, was laughed at after asking about a few features on up to 4 phones, not just dismissed in general. I was polite and agreeable, but honestly the whole experience was very disrespectful. There were other comments made that were not important to a general customer review, but overall after this 15-20 minute interaction, I almost considered moving my service to another provider altogether. I am sad I need to find another location to trust, and I hope others do not feel as disrespected as I did simply wanting to purchase a phone.
