Don't waste your time, most of these workers are subpar and they lose paperwork, don't process paperwork or, simply don't care. Good luck trying to reach a supervisor, they seem to forget they are paid by tax payer dollars. I have had my Social security number mailed to my abusive ex, had important documents lost, that I personally delivered to the office, can't get a call back from the person who lost it or supervisor etc. If you are looking for professionals, you will not find it here. Zero accountability. Most of these workers are there for a steady check. As someone who knows what professionalism and efficiency looks like, I can tell you Wake county scrapes the bottom of the barrel. But good luck telling them that.

I give nc child support a BIG ZERO. If your a father here you are not force to pay child support. Child support favors the man in this state. That is why you have so many children here starving.

First off, you should have a better, more efficient way of submitting a simple request for direct deposit. It's 2018, I shouldn't have to go buy postage and mail off a form which includes all my personal information such as my ss#, and bank account information. nnSecondly, the instructions for starting/changing direct deposit state that we will continue to receive our funds the same way we've been getting them until the direct deposit starts(3 weeks). My funds were being loaded on to my smi one card.nnSo today I started making calls to find out why my funds were missing. Turns out they decided to mail me a paper check which I have not received. nnNow I have to wait the due time to start the irresponsible and inefficient process of getting my funds. It was a simple request. Smh. Do better. I'm sure nobody was depending on that money being available on the day it should have been.

They let the men off Scott free.. $54 in child support for 3 kids. They let him be late. I think they have a program for the remedial fathers. They don't need their job of they can't do nothing.. why u at work?
