This firm has been very professional and very easy to deal with. You never felt like you were "bothering" someone when you called with a question. I dealt mostly with the paralegal Carla Leo, and she was beyond amazing. She was a huge help, talked me through the whole process and how everything would work. She was patient and kind and very helpful in preparing for my case. Also, the lawyer I was assigned was Katie. She was professional during our phone interview, answered all my questions, again explained to me what the next steps would be and was completely prepared on the day of my hearing. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing this type of service.

Carla was/is the paralegal who helped me obtain my Social Security award upon my very first application. Her professionalism, knowledge and client mannerism is beyond exceptional. To this day if I have a question she always takes the time to answer it for me. I know for an absolute fact without her expertise I never would have achieved this on my own. back in the late 90's I had work related injuries and had a law firm at that time I thought was working in my best interest. however I learned that they weren't telling me all of my rights as an injured worker. as time had past my medical condition from child birth had gotten worse and my ability to work as I had became limited. Rude, inept, dishonest employees, who don't like to return phone calls. Attorneys are too cool for school. They don't meet with, or interact with clients at all. Dennis Kenny doesn't respond to, nor does he address client's complaints.
