She went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on , what my options are and were and even called to just check in to see how I was doing in these hard times I was experiencing. Even called when she was working from home and not feeling. That says a lot. She cared and made me know this firm was on TV side and gonna fight for what I deserve and am entitled to as far as medical attention and financial needs.
